Two, after-sales service measures
1, the three guarantee period of all kinds of balances produced by our company is one year (the service scope is the warranty standard stipulated by the National Consumer Association).
2, three contract period product failure problem, our company will respond within 24 hours.
3, our company's after-sales service is divided into three forms, such as telephone processing, return to the factory maintenance, on-site service.
A. Telephone processing: When the user is using the electronic day, due to improper operating procedures or environmental impact, the company's technical personnel will give the user feedback on the screen fault signal, and guide the user through the normal operating procedures by telephone to ensure the normal work of the balance.
B. Due to the influence of external force or improper use, resulting in damage to the mechanical parts of the electronic balance, can not restore the technical performance of the electronic balance in the field, need to return to our company for maintenance. The normal maintenance time is determined to be three days (excluding transportation time).
C. In addition to the above two cases, the company will send technicians to door-to-door processing according to the product situation.
